Do you eat it for breakfast or as a dessert? I say both! Crêpes are so delicious and one I don’t say no to. Once you’ve made your own crêpe, you’ll realize how easy and cheap it is to make it!
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter, melted ( make sure it’s not hot or it will cook the eggs)
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Nutella, for spreading
for filling : fruit of your choice ( Strawberries are my favorite)
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except nutella and fruits. Whisk and make sure there are no lumps. Put aside in the fridge. Slice up fruits.
Place a 12 inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once skillet is hot, pour 1/3 cup of batter into the center of the pan WHILE swirling the pan around ( this will spread the batter evenly). Cook for about 2 minutes or until bottom is slightly browned and crunchy ( it should slide right off the pan). Flip and cook until both sides are brown and crunchy. Remove from skillet, spread nutella evenly. Place sliced fruit side by side on bottom 1/2 of crêpe then fold over the top half, then fold again to form a triangle. Top with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar! Enjoy!
